supremacy of the Constitution and shall remain<br />

committed towards the realization of economic,<br />

social and political justice as enshrined by the<br />

Constitution.<br />

Independence and Autonomy <strong>Judiciary</strong> believes in independence to perform<br />

its duties without any interference and pursues<br />

autonomy to deliver its services.<br />

Duty Towards Society <strong>Judiciary</strong> is mindful of its judicial responsibility to the<br />

society and by preserving the values of democracy,<br />

multi-party and open society, the judiciary furthers<br />

collaboration with other external actors for peaceful<br />

settlement of disputes and is committed towards<br />

promotion consensus building and spirit of mediation<br />

in the society.<br />

Accessibility of Justice <strong>The</strong> judiciary will strive for providing increased<br />

accessibility of the people including the<br />

disempowered, minorities and indigents to judicial<br />

services at the most local level.<br />

Competent Justice <strong>The</strong> judiciary underlines the need to continuously<br />

improve the capacity of judicial institutions in order to<br />

provide quality services to the people in a dedicated<br />

and professional manner.<br />

in order to maintain the prestige of judicial service<br />

and shall be committed to reform of judicial process.
