1.2 To conduct special campaigns in places having many cases 122 and courts<br />
considered to be sensitive in terms of security<br />
Activities Result<br />
Following activities shall be carried out in courts having<br />
many cases<br />
• Develop mechanisms in concerned courts for special<br />
campaigns<br />
• Deputation of judges pursuant to work load 123<br />
• Deputation of senior officer in case management 124<br />
• Considering the demography and work load, working<br />
period shall be made flexible and increase the<br />
working period of Bench<br />
• Manpower in courts having less work load shall be<br />
deputed as deemed necessary to courts having higher<br />
cases<br />
• Manpower shall not be absent from courts for a long<br />
period thereby affecting the time table of cases<br />
• Shall work for additional period<br />
• Shall provide facilities such as food and snacks to the<br />
manpower<br />
• Shall presume the period of vacancy of post and prior<br />
to the post being vacant shall proceed towards<br />
fulfilling the post<br />
• Provided, post is vacant for more than 3 months, to be<br />
fulfilled on a contractual basis at the local level<br />
• Employee having knowledge in computers shall have<br />
the priority while being transferred to vacant post or<br />
deputed on contract<br />
• Budget projected and disbursed on the basis of work<br />
load<br />
• Quarterly evaluation of progress report<br />
