development of the methodology and with material about building envelope performance.
Eirik J. Førland suggested the approach and contributed in the development of the
methodology. Kristine Nore contributed in the analysis of weather data. Jan Vincent Thue
contributed with material about building envelope performance. All secondary authors
contributed to the accomplishment of the paper by providing comments to successive rough
drafts made by the main author.
