Whenever files are submitted or exchanged with the Department, the MicroStation command Saved View
shall be initiated to capture all reference file and level settings in place at the time of final plotting. Saving
a view allows you to quickly recall a view with specific attributes.
From the MicroStation Utilities menu, select Saved Views to access the dialog shown below.
• Select the Create Saved View command,
• Select the Method: From View or From 2-
Points,
• Name: the view Final Print,
• Select the Source View by placing a Data point in
the view window.
