TP 400
TP 400 is the optimum wood chipper for production of chips in commercial
forestry. It has an integrated crane support and funnel parallel
with the driving direction. The wood chipper can either be mounted
on the tractor’s 3-point linkage or attached directly to selected tractor
models. TP 400 is for fast and efficient chipping of wood up to 400 mm
in diameter. Power need from 200-400 hp.
The high professional level of TP 400 is seen both in the list of standard
equipment, the very high capacity of up to 100 m3 an hour and the
good chip quality. If you want an improved chip quality e.g. for use in
small stoker installations the wood chipper can be equipped with sliver
breakers which will make the chips even more uniform.
The service is also important on TP 400 where the screens can easily
be removed just as the split rotor housing can be opened with a hydraulic
pump so there is easy and fast access to the knives
TP 400 is delivered with its own stress control system TP PILOT K where
the operator can operate the wood chipper’s feeding system and at the
same time monitor the rotation of the rotor, the feed rollers and current
temperature of the hydraulic oil.
