Preparation of the consecutive tube II<br />
A)<br />
Cut from a K-<strong>FLEX</strong> <strong>IC</strong> <strong>CLAD</strong> sheet the section corresponding to the circumference of the piping to insulate , including<br />
an abundance of 5 cm for the overlap of the longitudinal joint.<br />
Leave another abundance of 5 cm on the side of the joint with the tube already laid.<br />

Remove a strip of 5 cm from the elastomeric layer<br />
where the abundance is, leaving the <strong>IC</strong> <strong>CLAD</strong> sheet intact.<br />
For the operation, make a clean cut in the elastomer and remove<br />
the remaining material with a scraper.<br />

• As a makeshift solution, without doubt less effective, cut a sheet section without leaving an abundance<br />
and simply cover the joints with <strong>IC</strong> <strong>CLAD</strong> tape, following the specific appliance rules.<br />
