ones, and the passengers should stay in air seats.<br />

The second, cars should not be attached to the<br />

road. They should fly steadily.<br />

The third, It is important to exclude the human<br />

factor in the surface cars motion. The motion of a<br />

surface car from the point A to the point B must<br />

be accomplished in automatic regime around the<br />

coordination net without a man’s involvement.<br />

For the two established tasks decision (counting<br />

that the molecular engine for the surface car was<br />

already created) it is necessary to use new highly<br />

strong materials textiles, which would not break<br />

during an accident. These materials must be of two<br />

kinds: a) transparent – for the passengers’ cabin<br />

and b) not transparent for the car’s body. The space<br />

experience of inflatable surfaces for the instrument<br />

parts could be used. The air is pumped with a small<br />

pressure in between of two walls and the car gets<br />

a smooth form in a few seconds. The board<br />

computer system has a satellite navigation system<br />

of orientation in space. It is enough for the<br />

passengers to press the buttons and make<br />

necessary coordinates of the landing point.<br />

The surface car can land on water and earth alike.<br />

It can hang in the air in any pointed to it point,<br />

using four or more of molecular engines. For the<br />

surface car roads are not needed, the eternal<br />

Russian problem of the bad roads goes away. The<br />

surface cars accomplish their motion on the<br />

heights of 20 to 200 meters in an automatic<br />

mode. They may park next to each other or like<br />

stacks.<br />

The speed of their motion and directions of<br />

moving chooses the computer, therefore even<br />

during a collision passengers do not get injured<br />

or die, because surface cars jump away from each<br />

other; the same happens and during a crush<br />

landing. There should be a thrice stock of<br />

engines on board. The possibility of the engines’<br />

failure is practically absent. The vortex<br />

molecular engines’ nominal drive is<br />

considerably higher than in a helicopter. Their<br />

resource can be raised up 200000 hours of<br />

constant work. We offer to the interested<br />

companies and investors to start producing the<br />

surface cars with new engines in 2004. This is one<br />

of the directions of our work.<br />
