A single instillation of 0.1 mL of test substance into the
conjunctival sac of one eye; The contralateral eye served as
the control;
The eyes were rinsed after 24 hours.

Iridial inflammation: 0.0;
Conjunctival redness: 0.0, 0.33, 0.33;
Conjunctival chemosis: 0.33, 0.0, 0.0.
Result: C16/C18 Alpha Olefins, Isomerised was slightly irritating to
the eyes of rabbits.
