Comments: Chapman (2009) considers Ampithoe lacertosa introduced in the NEP because it only occurs on artificial<br />

substrata and introduced algae, and its abundance in Japan. He considers it is "probably" native to Asia. CANOD<br />

(2009) suggests it is “likely a native of NEP introduced to Japan.” We tentatively use Chapman’s classifications.<br />
