Comments: The native distribution of the shipworm Lyrodus pedicellatus is unknown though Carlton and Eldredge<br />

(2009) speculate that it is the “Southern Hemisphere”. It is considered introduced to the NEP, tropical Eastern Pacific,<br />

Hawaii, and South Africa, and cryptogenic in Florida, which we extrapolate to the northern Caribbean.<br />
