Comments: The native range of Halophila decipiens appears to be the Indo-Pacific and/or the Caribbean. It has recently<br />

been found in the Gulf of California (Santamaría-Gallegos et al., 2006), which we tentatively classify as introduced. It<br />

appears that this species may be expanding its range due to climate change or human transport.<br />
