MISSION STATEMENT: Through rigorous academics, integrative technology, expressive arts, and competitive athletics,<br />
the mission of <strong>Cuthbertson</strong> <strong>High</strong> <strong>School</strong> is to empower all students to be leaders in a changing global community.<br />
DETAILS: <strong>Cuthbertson</strong> <strong>High</strong> <strong>School</strong> was established August, 2009 in Waxhaw, NC. Currently, there are 1,305 students<br />
enrolled in the school.<br />

DIPLOMA REQUIREMENTS: Student must graduate with a minimum of 28 Carnegie credit units. Students who<br />
transferred to CHS during high school may have fewer.<br />
SCHEDULE: <strong>Cuthbertson</strong> operates on a four by four block schedule. Each day, a student will have four, ninety-minute<br />
classes, earning a maximum of one credit per class.<br />
GRADING SCALE: Union County Public <strong>School</strong>s requires the following grading scale / point values. Additional quality<br />
points are given for a passing grade (70-100) for specific courses based on the courses academic level. The three levels<br />
are College Placement (CP), Honors (H), and Advanced Placement (AP).<br />
