The gain on sale of intangible assets and property, plant and
equipment comprised primarily sale of the Gunfl eet Sands
and Barrow Offshore Wind offshore wind farm transmission
networks and 50% of the Walney network (Walney 1). The loss

was attributable to a loss on scrapping of production assets on
the Gyda oil fi eld. The gain in 2010 comprised primarily Nysted
Offshore Wind Farm 1.

depreciated.
