Presidential Priority for the Reconstruction and<br />
Development Programme<br />
• Pre-schools, classrooms, roads, electrical<br />
infrastructure, sewage systems, water reticulation<br />
and clinics built or upgraded.<br />
• However, influx into Duncan Village has continued<br />
and development efforts have created tensions and<br />
impatience.<br />
