shopping. Outlets are located in Transfer & Shopping
Zone A and in all four gate areas, as well as in the baggage

The tax & duty-free stores at Zurich Airport stock a huge range
of Swiss and international brand-name perfumes, cosmetics,
spirits and tobacco products. All these items are exempt
from the respective tax and duty, and are therefore available at
extremely attractive prices.

the purchase of tax-free and dutyfree
goods
Regulations for transfer passengers
Tax-free and duty-free items that you have purchased on board
an EU or Swiss airline (e.g. Swiss International Air Lines) or during
a stopover at Zurich Airport may be taken on board in a
sealed bag provided you have a receipt issued on the same day
as your flight. This also applies to products containing liquids
that have been purchased at an airport within the EU or in Switzerland,
Iceland, Norway, Singapore, Malaysia, Canada or the
USA. These items may be carried through the security check as
long as they are in a sealed bag and you have a receipt issued
within the last 36 hours. Information on the applicable regulations

Purchases made in the tax and duty-free area
If you buy any goods containing liquids, these will be sealed in a
bag after purchase.
Arrival duty-free
Why not buy tax and duty-free products when you land at
Zurich Airport. Shops can be found prior to and in the baggage
claim halls. A wide selection of perfumes, cosmetics,
spirits and tobacco products are available at the usual low
duty-free prices. Please note the applicable allowances when
importing duty-free goods and other items (this includes all
goods brought into the country). Shoppers must present the
boarding card stub for their flight at the checkout.
