Data queries were performed using Microsoft Access for each parameter group of interest. The individual<br />

analytical results were summed in Access for the following chemicals: Total DDx (sum of<br />

dichlorodiphenyldichloroethane (DDD), dichlorodiphenyldichloroethylene (DDE), and<br />

dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane (DDT), and PCB Aroclors. The data extracted from the project database<br />

did not always include all parameters used for the summation (e.g., there were not always data for all<br />

seven PCB Aroclors). The reason for these inconsistencies was not investigated, and the summations<br />

were calculated based only on the available parameters.<br />

TEQ values for D/F and PCB congeners were calculated using congener-specific TEFs (see Table 2-2).<br />

The TEFs were calculated separately for each individual parameter and summed to derive the TEQ value.<br />
