from the New York State Health Department file, and was
obviously the predicate for mis<strong>in</strong>formation on both the part of the
report<strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong> the press, and <strong>in</strong> our op<strong>in</strong>ion, other agencies.

Dr. BERGMAN. Mr. Senator, <strong>in</strong> conclusion, I must say this is very
pa<strong>in</strong>ful, a typical example of why tragic, tragic, and false reports,
on how the public was fed with<strong>in</strong> the past 3 or 4 months.

count it, Counselor told me, of which only two operations we are
<strong>in</strong>volved <strong>in</strong>, the Park Crescent and the Oxford.
We do have <strong>in</strong>terest, as I mentioned before, those that I mentioned,
<strong>in</strong> some of the realty, but absolutely no connection whatsoever, no
<strong>in</strong>terest <strong>in</strong> any of these 55, except those that I mentioned before.
