to some other people, who I really don't know the names.

Dr. BERGMAN. Mr. Leifer is a half cous<strong>in</strong>, my mother's stepmother's
son, but, Mr. Senator, I never had any bus<strong>in</strong>ess deal<strong>in</strong>gs with this man.
I perhaps have seen him once or twice <strong>in</strong> 2 or 3 years, but I had no
bus<strong>in</strong>ess deal<strong>in</strong>gs with him whatsoever.

Ben Zion Frankel is related, as I said, and he is <strong>in</strong>terested perhaps,
as I see listed, Belt Parkway, Ocean Parkway, Surfside, but not <strong>in</strong>
Oxford.
Michael Tannenbaum, totally strange to me. He is reported as a
brother-<strong>in</strong>-law, son-<strong>in</strong>-law, and so on, and so forth. I hardly saw the
man a number of times <strong>in</strong> my life, and his nurs<strong>in</strong>g homes that I see,
n<strong>in</strong>e of them, New Vanderbilt, no; Resort Nurs<strong>in</strong>g Home, no; Williamsbridge
Manor, no; Marathon <strong>Care</strong> Center, no; Caton Park Nurs<strong>in</strong>g
Home, no; Glen Oaks Nurs<strong>in</strong>g Home, no; Fairview Nurs<strong>in</strong>g Home,
no; Woodcrest Nurs<strong>in</strong>g Home, no; and Meadow Park Nurs<strong>in</strong>g Home,
no.
I have no relation to them, I don't even know where these nurs<strong>in</strong>g
homes are located.
J. Mr. Izbicki, he is my half sister's father-<strong>in</strong>-law. However, he has
three nurs<strong>in</strong>g homes, does he, Burnside Nurs<strong>in</strong>g Home, White Pla<strong>in</strong>s
Nurs<strong>in</strong>g Home, Carlton Nurs<strong>in</strong>g Home. I have absolutely no relation
to those operations, except I could qualify that by say<strong>in</strong>g that we did
have a realty <strong>in</strong>terest.
Aga<strong>in</strong>, Yetta Braunste<strong>in</strong> is not a sister. It says she is a sister. She is
a cous<strong>in</strong> of my wife's.
Nurs<strong>in</strong>g home operations, Ol<strong>in</strong>ville Nurs<strong>in</strong>g Home, we have no
<strong>in</strong>terest <strong>in</strong> that nurs<strong>in</strong>g home.
The next one, Hannah Halberstam, reportedly related. She is not
related, and I don't even know who she is.
Two nurs<strong>in</strong>g homes, Park Terrace Nurs<strong>in</strong>g Home, no; no relation
to us.
Rest Haven Nurs<strong>in</strong>g Home, no. I don't know where it is. I don't
know to whom it belongs.
