or those that came as a result of an unannounced visit prior to the<br />

MS. JARVIS. Let me put it this way, although we were supposed to<br />
announce our visits, very few of them were announced.<br />

at all wr<strong>on</strong>g and improper about my presence up here, s<str<strong>on</strong>g>in</str<strong>on</strong>g>ce this is a<br />
duly-authorized <str<strong>on</strong>g>Senate</str<strong>on</strong>g> hear<str<strong>on</strong>g>in</str<strong>on</strong>g>g, and I have been k<str<strong>on</strong>g>in</str<strong>on</strong>g>dly <str<strong>on</strong>g>in</str<strong>on</strong>g>vited by<br />
you, as a participant of the State of New York, and I am a member<br />
of the commissi<strong>on</strong>, even though there is noth<str<strong>on</strong>g>in</str<strong>on</strong>g>g wr<strong>on</strong>g, if. it would<br />
make Dr. Bergman more comfortable and more will<str<strong>on</strong>g>in</str<strong>on</strong>g>g to talk about<br />
these problems, I would be happy to get off the stand.<br />
