the State of New York, and the Executive Order of Governor Hugh <strong>Care</strong>y
dated 7 February 1975.

books, records, memoranda, bus<strong>in</strong>ess ledgers, papers, and
any and all other material which you presently have <strong>in</strong> your
possession pursuant to <strong>Committee</strong> subpoena, relat<strong>in</strong>g to the
nurs<strong>in</strong>g homes and bus<strong>in</strong>esses on the attached schedule.
