Other: I. A court may impose a suspension of driving privileges for
up to 30 days if a person exceeds a speed limit by more than
30 miles per hour and the person has received at least one
prior speeding conviction within 12 months of the date of the
current offense. §811.109(4)
II. If a person drives 100 miles per hour or greater, a court
shall impose the following:{in lieu of a punishment otherwise
imposed} — a fine of $1,000; and a suspension of driving
privileges for not less than 30 days nor more than 90 days.
