Specialization: Finance management and controlling
Additional abilities in finance management and controlling besides learning theoretical
concerning problems of capital and financial market, banking and insurance, international business
finance, refer also skills of decision undertaking of uncertainty, using tools and technicses making
possible execution of financial analyses, investment profitability calculation, working out of
operating budget. Graduates of the specialization are first of all managers, financial advisers and the
classiness specialist of controlling and management accounting possessory skills of using strategy
and operating controlling tools in creating of goodwill.
Specialization: The Human Resource Management
The students who choose this specialization will be equipped with general people
management skills. The students will be teached about: staff recruitment, career planning, training
and development of human resources, implementing a modern motivation systems, employee
evaluation. Graduates can work for example as employment and placement managers, training
specialists, job analysis specialists and managers.
