Specialization of instructor of motion recreation (1 sem.)<br />

2. Course contents<br />

Basic criteria of classifications of physical fetches. Manners of est<strong>im</strong>ates of intensity of fetches. Bases of biomechanics.<br />

Phenomenon of compensation and in sports training supercompensation. Cruising of blood during work. Physiological<br />

mechanisms of warming up. Bases of methodics of sports and recreation. Principles of sanitary (healthy) training.<br />

Methods of organizing and conducts of studies, structure, outline of occupance. Environments of recreation. Center of<br />

recreation.<br />

4. Learning outcomes<br />

students master the knowledge of the theory of recreational activity,<br />

students learn the methods, forms and means of recreational activity,<br />

students learn the rules for the selected sports and recreational<br />
