Course contents Lecture and classes The aims of gathering and spending public funds. Entities that belong to public finance sector, their organizational and legal form. Central budget, budget’s rules, income and costs of the budget, mode of budget legislation. The reasons of creating aim funds. Review of the biggest ones. Funds of self-governments, the sources of self-governments’ funding, mode of budget legislation. Budget’s deficit and public debt, the reasons of formation, effects, debt limits. 3. Prerequisites None 4. Learning outcomes Graduate knows basic terms from the scope of the public funds. He or she can indicate on institutions, which belong to public finance sector but also the reasons of gathering and spending public funds. 5.
