Lecture and classes<br />

Genesis and history of international relations. The term and forms of international relations. Factors affecting<br />

international relations. State as a participant in international relations. State’s foreign policy. State’s organs in<br />

international relations. Legal and international forms of international relations. Non-state participants of<br />

international relations and their role. Globalization and global problems of contemporary world. International<br />

political order. Peace and security in theory and practice of international relations. International disputes. Armed<br />

conflicts in the contemporary world. The issue of arming and disarming. Challenges and dangers in world’s<br />

policy. Formations of the states in international relations. Regions, functions and signs of regionalism. Europe,<br />

Asia, Africa and Latin America in international relations. Poland as a participant[ant of international relations.<br />

Foreign policy of III Republic of Poland.<br />

None<br />

4. Learning outcomes<br />

Graduate knows genesis and can indicate on the right development of international relations, as a field of<br />

interpersonal relations. Graduate can also present the most <strong>im</strong>portant participants of these relations. He or she<br />

also indicates on legal forms of international relations. Student got to know the influence of globalization<br />

processes on international relations.<br />
