Intellectual Property Protection

Lecture
Intellectual properties as special type of legal properties. The place of intellectual property law regulation in
Polish system of law. Catalogue subjects of copyright and industrial property law – common issues. The Genesis
and meaning of regulating international intellectual property law.
Copyright law. Industrial property law.

4. Learning outcomes
Graduate identifies basic sources of regulation and intellectual property law institutions (department of civil
law). Besides, graduate masters basic terminology and terms from that scope – in the degree that enables him or
her to independent searching and interpreting of industrial property law provisions with reference to possible
actual state of affairs.
