Fundamental concepts: health, health promoting, rules of health promoting. Health promoting from the last<br />

decade of the 20 th century’s point of view of. The progress of health promoting – from Alma-Ata to Bangkok.<br />

The principles and values of health promoting. Implementing the a<strong>im</strong>s and the tasks of health promoting.<br />

Initiating health promoting moves. Documents and concepts of health promoting. The meaning of development<br />

of the health promoting to rise the strategy and gain the health programmes. Theory and practice of health<br />

promoting: actions for health promoting strategy, principle health promoting rule – health investing. Communal<br />

attitudes towards health. Competence of health promoter<br />

Classes<br />

Chosen areas of health promoting. Health Promoting school. Health promoting in a working environment.<br />

Health promoting in a living environment. – air, water, soil. Healthy cities. Commune promoting health. Sexual<br />

The students are familiar with the fundamental concepts of health, health promoting, rules of health promoting.<br />

They understand the strategy of the health promoting actions. They can apply health promoting in various<br />

educational environments and take the action in favour of the health of themselves and others. The students are<br />

familiar with the competence of health promoter.<br />
