Organising local community and rules of self-government performing<br />

2.Course contents<br />

Lecture and Classes<br />

Concept and range of organisation and management theory. Relation between organisation and environment –<br />

function, a<strong>im</strong>s, efficiency criteria and development stage; evaluation and diffusion of organization and<br />

management methods. Organisational structure – dynamic and autodynamic. Social responsibility of<br />

organization, pathology of organizing. Motivation and managing of social potential; power and leadership In<br />

organizations. Organisational inspection, mechanism and condition of effective inspection. Headmaster in<br />

reformed school;<br />

Headmaster’s personal t<strong>im</strong>etable, interpersonal communication that is the ability of communication, finances at<br />

school, legal acts of school finances, creating and settlement of budget. Modern concept of education system;<br />

principles of good organisation, management techniques, types of managing, planning, staff managing, 7 rules of<br />

knowledge managing for institution, knowledge managing in practice, internal measures of school work’s<br />

quality. The basic of educational law – the structure of law; ways of making the law, principal acts of law,<br />

Education System Act, Teacher’s Charter. Class teacher handbook. Class teacher work in the light of law; rules<br />

of an education system, rules of a school, rules of a teacher, rules of children and students rights, rules of<br />

financial assistance support and psychological and pedagogical support. Professional development of workers;<br />

continuing education, establishment of an educational environment. Counteraction of professional burnout.<br />

Psychological background of professional burnout. Coping with stress and burnout syndrome.<br />

4.Learning outcomes<br />

The students are familiar with the basic concept of managing organisation, categories and theories of education<br />

managing – school. They acquaint and understand the mechanism of school’s function, the rules of school<br />

managing; financial managing and school’s estate. Students understand and interpret managers rules of school<br />

managing (basic of manager’s action, qualification of headmaster and his/her service role, public relation –<br />

institution and headmaster promoting, managing of workers, applying the management techniques in practice<br />

and practical usage of theoretical principles in development planning of the school<br />
