Course contents Physical education – different forms of motoral activity. Sports games: elementary techniques of sports game, school games, simplified game. Aerobic: relax exercise by music, exercise to shape of aesthetic and motoric body. The study the simple motion and dance systems. The swimming: study and improveding the basic swimming stroke, the safety in the water and over the water. The water as the factor of renovation and the therapy. The global development exercise and improveding exercise in the body building gym. The influence sports exercises on the circulation system, on the artificial respiration, on the motor organ. The games and motor plays: the development of the fitness and the dexterity. 3. Prerequisites: none 4. Elements of architecture and functioning of a computer. The introduction to the computer usage. The Basic characteristics of operational system Widows VISTA: functions of the operational system TOOL SOFTWARE(ANTIVIRUS PROGRAMS, ARCHIVE, DIAGNOSTIC AND OPTYMALIZING) Internet: characteristics, functions and usage of the Internet, the services available in Internet Text editors on the example of WORD : the edition of the complex documents (with many pages), charts, inserting of the graphics (advanced methods), the edition of the mathematical formulas, the table elements of documents(paginations, headlines, FooTER), creation of the contents and index(subscripts, superscripts), tabulator, numBERING, ,bullets formatting a text in columns, the serial correspondence, forms, automation of the work, planning and creating professional documents and publications, computer composing of the compact descriptions. Computer data analysis(the area of usage of the data analysis), the rules of sheet’s creation, types and structures of data, implementation and formatting of data, basic statistical analysis.
