The Witelon University of Applied Sciences in Legnica - Field: Management and production engineering, second-degree studies ECTS credits 1 1. Course title Computer-aided project management 2. Course contents Lecture The goal of the lecture is to present selected method of computer-aided project management on basis of MSProject. Selected functions of the software are presented on the background of the project management theory. Laboratory During the Classes students learn and test in practice selected aspects of project management with means of MSProject system. 3. Prerequisites Basic knowledge on project management. 4. Learning outcomes Students will analyze the project they are to manage and work out goals definition, realization plan, definition and estimation of required resources, risk analysis, templates of the documentation used during the Project life cycle, cost (budget) estimation. Students will work out Project in MSProject consisting of detailed scheduler, resources, workload. 5. Recommended reading 1. Course title Informative systems in the production management 2. Course contents Lecture Profile of informative systems and their part in the enterprise. The profile of the CASE tools. Modelling the functions and the processes. Modelling the entity-relationship diagrams. Modelling the data-flow diagram Project Choice and the description of the productive enterprise. Study of the general and detailed diagrams hierarchy of the function (DHF). Study of the data-flow diagram (DFD). Study of the entity-relationship diagrams (ERD). Proposing the reengineering changes in the enterprise. The study of competence map. 3. Prerequisites Computer aided production organization I 4. Learning outcomes The student be able to define the informative needs of the productive system. Using the CASE tools he be able to describe them and build the suitable model. 5.
