Course contents Concept of an entrepreneur, business activity, enterprise and company. A company. Forms of entrepreneur’s activity. An entrepreneur. Ethic codes in entrepreneur’s functioning. Consumer protection in a goods and service market Legal and ethical execution of obligations taken by an entrepreneur. 3. Prerequisites: general knowledge of entrepreneurship 4. Learning outcomes: Student knows some selected issues about entrepreneurs’ functioning in Poland and Europe, with particular regard of such aspects of activity as: ethics in business, business liability; legal; aspects of protecting personal goods; industrial property; relation entrepreneur – consumer including: entrepreneur’s behavior while signing contracts and fulfilling obligations taken. 5.
