New trends in management methods. 2. Integrated system of management procedures. Systems of quality management – ISO. 3. Interior and exterior connections in production plant. The marketing operation. 4. The technical-economic potential of the plant. The evaluation of effective management. 5. The actual problems of rationalization in production process – definition and purpose. 6. Stages of rationalization in production processes. The economic effects of rationalization. 7. The economic research into administration of saving energy machines, devices and technology. 8. Functions and rules product prices determination. The mathematical model of economic plant. 9. The competition in supply market. The suppliers certificates. 10. The ecological damage of production processes – allowable limits according to UE. Seminar Students describe organizational and production schemes of the chosen plant. They consider management system, define interior and exterior connections in production plant (bank, cooperation) and also marketing operation. They conduct audyting and propose examples of rational waste utilization in industrial plants. 3. Prerequisites Elementary knowledge of physics, mathematics and economy. 4. Learning outcomes Students can specify the ideas applied in management and rationalization theory. They are able to compare the economic effect in industrial plants, define the criterions of price determination and make analysis the they estimate possibility of rational waste utilization in industry. 5.
