Lecture<br />

Introduction to the integration of the processes management, classifications, the areas of uses MIS and TI. Phasis for the<br />

methodology of the analysis, preparation, projecting, <strong>im</strong>plementation, evaluation and modification. The integrated systems<br />

of the management and of the quality , environment, safety management (ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, 22000, 20000, OHSAS<br />

18001). Functions and business scenarios, tool environment. Business processes modelling methods.<br />

Chain of the value analysis (chain value and mapping). MRP, MRPII, ERP systems, <strong>im</strong>plemented methods and algorithms.<br />

Functionality and algorithms for chosen modules (MM, SD, PP, FI, CO). The conceptions of the virtual enterprise (VE),<br />

extended enterprise (EE), fractal enterprise (FE). The systems of the class BI, MIS, DSS, KBS. Outsourcing and hosting<br />

services. Information safety management, the critical factors of the safety.<br />

Laboratory<br />

Opt<strong>im</strong>isation and s<strong>im</strong>ulation in the business management. Algorithms, tools and solving methods.<br />

3. Prerequisites<br />

Production systems organization; Decision support and knowledge management systems.<br />

4. Learning outcomes<br />

Be able to use the basic algorithms of opt<strong>im</strong>ization, s<strong>im</strong>ulation and other operation research methods. Understanding the<br />

functionality of the MIS, EIS, DSS and BI systems .<br />
