Engineering of machines – production (sem. II)<br />

2. Course contents<br />

Lecture<br />

Production process and technology and its structure. Documentation design and technological documentation.<br />

Technology chipless forming: casting, metal forming and welding, and welding.<br />

Fundamentals of machining - machining.<br />

Basic technologies machining: turning, drilling, milling, planing.<br />

Finishing: polishing, lapping etc.<br />

Other types of metal: electro, electrochemical, fluid jets, etc.<br />

Fundamentals of manufacturing machine parts from materials nonmetals<br />

The technological process of assembling teams of machines and machinery.<br />

Automation of manufacturing processes components and machine assemblies, ESP.<br />

Project<br />

Classes consist of design development process of a typical element (unit) machine-type machine shaft, sprocket, clutch disc,<br />

etc.<br />

3. Prerequisites<br />

Mechanical engineering - designing sem. I, engineering-manufacturing-machinery sem. I<br />

4. Learning outcomes<br />

Students acquire basic knowledge of the technologies used in modern industrial machines and equipment. For some typical<br />

examples, the ability to acquire the development process. Master a basic ability to identify the processes involved in the<br />

manufacture of machine parts and assemblies.<br />
