Course contents Lecture The aim is to provide basic knowledge of logistics projects management, choice of strategy, organization, planning and implementation. Project They have to acquire skills to use tools, techniques and methods of logistics projects management. 3. Prerequisites Logistics in company 4. Learning outcomes The student should know and understand the principles of organizing, planning, scheduling and budgeting of logistics projects. Name and describe the problems encountered in project implementation. The student should be able to do a simple project from range of project management including the analysis of the profitability of the project, adjusting the organizational structure, prediction of time and plan financial of the project accomplishment. Course contents Lecture Logistic chain, supply chain model, supply chain management Logistic processes costs, actual trends in logistics Typical logistic costs classification and criterions Logistic cost idea and field for new organization model Cost estimation methods Logistic process budget Performance and profitability via logistic costs management Classes The choice of logistic solutions : management of environment constraints, customer relation management, level of integration of logistic within the external and internal functions, rate of logistic outsourcing. Cost management and logistic information systems (interactivity, interoperability), management of logistic processes, level of control of activities. Performance and profitability evaluation methods. 3. Prerequisites none 4. Learning outcomes The main goal of the lecture is to introduce the basic problems of logistic cost management.
