Establishing business activity with participation of foreign subjects. 17. European company law. European company, European cooperation, border-line companies seated in Poland. 18. Proceedings in bankruptcy. Grounds for bankruptcy, bankruptcy announcement, legal results of bankruptcy announcement, proceeding participants, international bankruptcy law. 19. Changes of ownership in economy. 20. Restructuring and privatization of economy. 21. Public economic activity. 22. State enterprises and their restructuring. 23. Business activity of local self-government. 24. Law of market protection, its mechanisms and participants. 25. Protection of competition and consumers 3. Prerequisites: Basis of civil law 4. Learning outcomes: Student knows economic law with particular regard to legal regulations concerning establishing and functioning business entities and the role of the state in the sphere of economy and is prepared to be staff in public administration authorities performing economic tasks. 5.
