The automation and the robotization of production processes<br />

2. Course contents<br />

1. Basic notions of the automatic regulating and control and the ranking of devices of automation.<br />

2. Methods of the mathematical description of the appropriateness of linear agreements of automation. Signals in<br />

arrangements of automation.<br />

3. Analysis of the property and examples of construction of linear elements of arrangements of the automatic<br />

regulating: proportional, inert, oscillatory, delaying, integrating and differentiating.<br />

4. Flow diagrams. Algebra and making flow diagrams up.<br />

5. Objects and laws of the regulation. Chosen types of adjusters: P, PI, PID.<br />

6. Criteria of the stability and qualities of linear arrangements of the automatic regulating: Hurwitz and Nyquist.<br />

7. Chosen devices and elements of automation: sensors and converters<br />

8. Adjusters, amplifiers and executive elements about mechanical, plumbing, air, electric and electronic action.<br />

9. Examples of agreements of the automatic regulating and steering on constant action.<br />

10. Regulation two layer and three layer. Examples of the application.<br />

11. Logic circuits. Logical signals and bivalent algebra. Realization of logical functions.<br />

12. Logical drivers and digital adjusters. Programmable drivers: example of drivers PLC.<br />

13. Manipulators and work - definitions and classifications. Examples of construction and action.<br />

14. Mechatronics - synthesis of mechanics, electronics and computer sciences. Examples of devices and systems of<br />

mechatronics.<br />

15. Methods and techniques of the artificial intelligence.<br />

4. Learning outcomes<br />

Ass<strong>im</strong>ilating the basic knowledge about action of constant as well as discreet agreements of the automatic regulating<br />

and steering is a crucial objective. It should enable analysis of arrangements of automation built, of mechanical,<br />

plumbing, air, electric and electronic elements. Based on computing - to enable modeling and the s<strong>im</strong>ulation analysis<br />

and the opt<strong>im</strong>ization of the property of chosen control systems and the regulation with machines, devices or technical<br />

processes.<br />
