2. Basic reading comprehension: interpreting short information, providing one-word answers /6 hours.<br />

(On the basis of LCCI Examinations Board materials, How to Pass English for Business First Level)<br />

3. Communications/8 hours<br />

3.1 Media: TV, newspapers, Internet, advertising<br />

3.2 Information Technology: computers<br />

3.3 Communications: telephone, faz, e-mail<br />

4. Business correspondence: letter writing practice/ 8 hours<br />

4. Learning outcomes<br />

The student acquires language abilities at one of the levels (A1-B2), needed in the cooperation with foreign business<br />

partners in the field of Business English taking into account preparation and practice for LCCI English for Business<br />

exams (prel<strong>im</strong>inary level, level 1, level 2, level 3). The student acquires sufficient language competence to<br />

communicate easily in various business contexts.<br />
