Lecture and exercises
The genesis and development of human resources management. Models and strategies of human resources
management. The influence of organizational culture on human resource management. / Headcount planning. Selection
of employees. Improvement and development of employees. Work motivation. Employees' evaluation and the use of
evaluation results. New forms of employment.
3. Prerequisites
Completed course „ Basics of Management”
4. Learning outcomes
The student will get to know models of human resources management, methods and techniques of planning and
selection of employees. They will learn methods and techniques of employees' development. They will get familiar with
models of competency development. They will learn and understand the principles of work compensation. They will get
to know techniques of employees' evaluation and understand the use of evaluation results.
