LEADER YOUNG GUN AWARD 2012<br />
The Leader Young Gun Award is back!<br />
And we need your help.<br />
In 2012, the <strong>Eastern</strong> <strong>Football</strong> <strong>League</strong> will again reward a young player with the Leader Young Gun<br />
award, thanks to the support of Leader Community Newspapers.<br />
The award will recognise two of the best players under the age of 21 each week.<br />
One player will be nominated from Divisions 1 and 2 while another will be nominated from<br />
Divisions 3 and 4.<br />
There will be coverage on the winners in the Leader community newspapers each week.<br />
Clubs are asked to nominate players during the season based on the following criteria:<br />
1. A player must be under the age of 21 as of Round 1 of their respective division<br />
2. A player must be playing in the senior team at time of nomination<br />
3. A player can only be a weekly winner once during the home and away season<br />
4. A club can only have two weekly winners during the season<br />
All clubs are asked to email their suggested nominations to Ben Waterworth (bwaterworth@efl.org.au).<br />
The two winners of the Leader Young Gun will be announced at the senior<br />
presentation evening at the end of the season.<br />

Division 1 and 2 – Corey Mack (Scoresby)<br />
Division 3 and 4 – Jacob Hislop (Doncaster)<br />
