Remember to submit your releases, news articles, photos,
and ads before the 15th of each month to be published
the following month. Our staff has been working diligently
to arrange earlier delivery of your monthly newspaper so
it arrives at the beginning of the month.
Therefore, we must have your information by the 5th
of the preceeding month to make it possible. Stories
submitted must be on a CD Rom, preferably in Microsoft
Word or ASCH text format. Stories cannot exceed 400
words. If you have any questions, please call us at 626-
288-0811.

Available
With summer quickly approaching,
it is time again for the City of Rosemead
to start recruiting employees for the two
new aquatic centers at the Rosemead and
Garvey Parks.
The seasonal positions the city will be
hiring for are:
Pool Manager
Assistant Pool Managers
Lifeguard/Swim Instructors
Lifeguards
Locker Room Attendants
Cashiers
If interested in any of these positions,
or to obtain an application, visit the city’s

If you are interested in becoming a
Lifeguard but do not have the required
certifications, you can contact the City
of Rosemead’s Aquatic Department for
upcoming trainings at (626) 569-2256.
