KUPWARA INCIDENT - 16.6.93, due to the fir<strong>in</strong>g by forces three persons,<br />
namely, Tahir Ajaz, Mehboob Shah and M. Am<strong>in</strong> Wani all residents <strong>of</strong> district<br />
Kupwara were killed.<br />
BORDER INCIDENT - 17.6.93 as reported on the media two persons were killed<br />
<strong>in</strong> an alleged encounter who were try<strong>in</strong>g to cross over the l<strong>in</strong>e <strong>of</strong> control. Neither<br />
their dead bodies nor their names were made available.<br />
KUPWARA INCIDENT - 19.6.93, due to the fir<strong>in</strong>g by the forces <strong>in</strong> the area four<br />
persons namely, Fayaz Ahmad Mir S/O M. Abdullah R/O Bakash Nakar, Syeed<br />
Zahoor Ahmad S/O M. Hanief R/O Kanail Hand, Gh. Mohi-Ud-D<strong>in</strong> R/O<br />
Dragumulla and Gh. Nabi Mir R/O Dragumulla <strong>of</strong> Kupwara district were killed.<br />
KUPWARA INCIDENT - 19.6.93, the forces killed four persons <strong>in</strong> an other<br />
<strong>in</strong>cident,namely, Salam-Ud-D<strong>in</strong> Khatana, Alam-Ud-D<strong>in</strong> Khatana, Gh. Hassan and<br />
Gh. Mohi-Ud-D<strong>in</strong> all residents <strong>of</strong> district Kupwara.<br />
ASAJIPORA, MOMINABAD DIYALGAM ISLAMABAD INCIDENT - 26.6.93,<br />
forces set ablaze the house <strong>of</strong> one M. Sultan Dar and fired morters on his house as<br />
earlier they had suffered some damage when they had been attacked. The forces<br />
closed all the doors and w<strong>in</strong>dows <strong>of</strong> the house and fired <strong>in</strong>discrim<strong>in</strong>ately due to<br />
which eight persons, namely, M. Sultan Bhat aged 50 years, Shabir Ahmad aged<br />
18 years, Nisar Ahmad Butt aged 25 years, Mohd. Hussa<strong>in</strong> aged 12 years, Mst.<br />
Hass<strong>in</strong>a with a baby <strong>in</strong> her womb, Muneera aged 7 years, Javeed Ahmad. aged 4<br />
years and Marufa wife <strong>of</strong> Nisar Ahmad all residents <strong>of</strong> Diyalgam were killed<br />
<strong>in</strong>clud<strong>in</strong>g three women and three teen aged boys.<br />
URI, BARAMULLA INCIDENT - 30.6.93, as reported on the media two militants<br />
were killed <strong>in</strong> an encounter at A.L.C. when they were try<strong>in</strong>g to cross the border.<br />
Their bodies nor their names were made available. The authorities have killed<br />
many persons when they were try<strong>in</strong>g to cross to the other side for receiv<strong>in</strong>g<br />
tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g <strong>of</strong> arms as reported. One can easily understand that the <strong>Indian</strong> Armed<br />
Forces are kill<strong>in</strong>g unarmed, <strong>in</strong>nocent persons near border areas.<br />
WASA DODA INCIDENT - 30.6.93, due to the fir<strong>in</strong>g by the forces two persons,<br />
namely, Zubair and Ilyas were killed.<br />
