1 to 2. Two persons namely, Bashir Ahmad Dar alias <strong>Kashmir</strong>i and Ab. Rashid<br />
Bhat alias Javeed Khan R/O Sr<strong>in</strong>agar, were arrested by the forces on 16-3-93 and<br />
then their dead bodies were received by their relatives with <strong>in</strong>juries through local<br />
Police on 17-3-93.<br />
3. One Bashir Ahmad Teli R/O Panzalpora, Bandipora was arrested by the forces<br />
on 14-3-93 and next day his brother was also arrested. When his mother<br />
approached the forces at Sonarwani camp, she was told that Bashir Ahmad was<br />
released but on 16-3-93 his dead body was found <strong>in</strong> a forest near Gureez and his<br />
dead body was with multiple <strong>in</strong>juries and a report <strong>in</strong> this connection was filed<br />
before the Police. Earlier to this two persons namely, Mohd. Ismail Bhat and Ab.<br />
Rahim were killed <strong>in</strong> the same circumstances by the forces.<br />
4. One Gh. Hassan Malla R/O Sopore was arrested by the forces dur<strong>in</strong>g crackdown<br />
operations some days back and his dead body was received by his relatives on<br />
17-3-93.<br />
5 to 9. Two months back six persons namely, Gh. Nabi S<strong>of</strong>i, Mohd. Yousf S<strong>of</strong>i,<br />
Rafiq Ahmad S<strong>of</strong>i, Mohd. Anwar S<strong>of</strong>i, Mustaq Ahmad Khan and Mohd. Akbar<br />
were arrested by the forces and dead bodies <strong>of</strong> five except Mohd Akbar Lone were<br />
found <strong>in</strong> a forest on 19-3-93 and whereabouts <strong>of</strong> M. Akbar Lone are not yet<br />
known. Their relatives were told that these persons were arrested <strong>in</strong> border areas.<br />
10. One Fayaz Ahmad was taken <strong>in</strong>to custody by the forces some days back and<br />
killed. His dead body was received by his relatives on 22-3-93.<br />
11. One Mohd. Shafi Mir R/O Mamar an employee <strong>in</strong> food and supplies<br />
department was arrested by the forces some days back; his dead body was received<br />
by his relatives on 27-3-93.<br />
12. One Nazir Ahmad Bhat R/O Tulla Mulla, Baramulla was arrested by the forces<br />
on 28-3-93 and taken to a nearby bunker <strong>in</strong> an <strong>in</strong>jured condition and next day his<br />
dead body was found <strong>in</strong> the area.<br />
13. One Ali Mohd. Bhat R/O Kangan, Sr<strong>in</strong>agar was arrested by the forces when he<br />
was travell<strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong> a car bear<strong>in</strong>g registration number JKR 674 along with the owner<br />
one day early and his dead body was received by his relatives on 29-3-93.<br />
14. One Farooq Ahmad Hajam alias Inqalabi S/O Gh. Rasool Bhat R/O Manasbal,<br />
Baramulla was arrested by the forces dur<strong>in</strong>g a raid <strong>in</strong> a water pump shed along<br />
with one person and taken to Manasbal rest house; his dead body was handed over<br />
to their relatives through local Police on 29-3-93.<br />
15. One Mohd. Yousf Zargar R/O Rafiabad, Baramulla was arrested by the forces<br />
