crack-down operations fired and killed three persons, namely, Fayaz Ahmad R/O<br />
Shakarabad , Shakeel Ahmad and Muzafar Ahmad Rs/O Distt. Budgam.<br />
A.L.C. NOWSHERA KHAJIAL POONCH - 9.5.94, as per the media reports two<br />
persons were killed while cross<strong>in</strong>g the A.L.C and the identities <strong>of</strong> the killed<br />
persons have not been disclosed by the authorities.<br />
WANGAM RAFIABAD SOPORE - 9.5.94, the forces dur<strong>in</strong>g crack-down<br />
operations arrested two persons namely, Farooq Ahmad and Gh.Mohammad Mir;<br />
these two persons were taken to some unknown place. Their dead bodies with<br />
multiple bullet <strong>in</strong>juries were handed over to their relatives. The people came out<br />
onto the streets and protested aga<strong>in</strong>st the brutal kill<strong>in</strong>gs dur<strong>in</strong>g custody.<br />
BANDIPORA BARAMULLA - 10.5.94, the forces dur<strong>in</strong>g crack-down operations<br />
arrested n<strong>in</strong>e persons <strong>in</strong> presence <strong>of</strong> the locals and then taken to some ITI Camp<br />
Bandipora and on the same day their dead bodies were handed over to their<br />
relatives. The dead bodies were full <strong>of</strong> torture marks and multiple bullet <strong>in</strong>juries<br />
were seen on the vital parts <strong>of</strong> the body.The killed <strong>in</strong>cluded Fayaz Ahmad Mir<br />
Nowpora aged 12 years and Irshad Ahmad Mir R/O Nowpora aged 14 years and<br />
the identity <strong>of</strong> third could not ascerta<strong>in</strong>ed on spot.<br />
BIJBEHARA ISLAMABAD -10.5.94, the forces fired <strong>in</strong>dscrim<strong>in</strong>ately at the locals<br />
due to harassment. One School Boy was drowned <strong>in</strong> the near-by river and 4<br />
persons were killed namely, Gh Mohammad Khan, Mohammad Ramzan,<br />
Mohammad Youns and one more person all residents <strong>of</strong> Bijbehara.<br />
KATHIPORA RAFIABAD - 11.5.94, the forces fired at and killed two persons<br />
namely Ab. Rashid and Shaub Mohammad both residents <strong>of</strong> Distt. Baramulla.<br />
CHUNNAR BARAMULLA - 12.5.94, the forces dur<strong>in</strong>g crack-down operations<br />
fired <strong>in</strong>discrim<strong>in</strong>ately and killed two persons; the identities <strong>of</strong> the killed persons<br />
could not be ascerta<strong>in</strong>ed on spot.<br />
SHAHNAZ NOWBUG ISLAMABAD - 13.5.94, the forces dur<strong>in</strong>g crack-down<br />
operations fired at and killed two persons <strong>in</strong>clud<strong>in</strong>g Mohammad Shafi Bhat S/O<br />
Mohammad Maqbool R/O Veernowbugh Bijbehara.<br />
RASHANPORA, KUPWARA - 13.5.93, due to the fir<strong>in</strong>g by forces three persons<br />
were killed but the names <strong>of</strong> the killed could not be ascerta<strong>in</strong>ed on spot.<br />
NARIBAHAK BUDNABAL KUPWARA - 14.5.94, the forces dur<strong>in</strong>g crack-down<br />
operations fired at and killed five persons , namely, Mohammad Younis,M.Yousf,<br />
M.Sayeed Mir, Nazir Ahmad and one more persons whose identity could not be<br />
ascerta<strong>in</strong>ed on spot all residents <strong>of</strong> Distt Kupwara.<br />
DODA PUNCHAL - 16.5.94, due to the fir<strong>in</strong>g by the forces three persons were<br />
killed <strong>in</strong>clud<strong>in</strong>g Mohammad Shafeeq.<br />
