Energy. DTEK
DTEK is the largest private vertically integrated energy
company in Ukraine. DTEK occupies leadership positions
in Ukraine’s coal mining, thermal power generation, and distribution
industries.
DTEK Holdings B.V. (Netherlands) is the holding company for
DTEK and is 100% owned by SCM Group.
Donbass Fuel and Energy Company (DTEK) LLC is the managing
company for DTEK.
DTEK enterprises employ approximately 104,000 people.
DTEK GROUP ENTERPRISES
Mining
DTEK Pavlogradugol – the largest coal mining enterprise
in Ukraine. It includes 10 mines, as well as the enterprises
of transportation and production infrastructure. The coal reserves
of the enterprise amount to 649.7m tonnes.
DTEK Dobropolyeugol – a coal mining complex, including
5 mines located in one of the largest industrial regions
of Donbass. The coal reserves of the enterprise amount to
369.5m tonnes.
DTEK Komsomolets Donbassa Mine – one of the largest
producers of thermal coal in Ukraine. The coal reserves
of the enterprise amount to 114.7m tonnes.
DTEK Sverdlovanthracite – an anthracite mining and enrichment
complex located in Dolzhano-Rovenetsky industrial
district of Lugansk Oblast. The enterprise includes 5 mines, 3
enrichment factories, a mine construction company, as well

as a range of supporting enterprises. The anthracite reserves
of the enterprise amount to 211.9m tonnes.
DTEK Rovenkyanthracite – an anthracite mining and enrichment
complex located in Bokovo-Khrustalny and Dolzhano-Rovenetsky
industrial districts of Lugansk Oblast. The
enterprise includes 6 mines, 3 enrichment factories, as well
as a range of supporting enterprises. The anthracite reserves
of the enterprise amount to 165.3m tonnes.
DTEK Neftegaz – DTEK's subsidiary company, providing
DTEK with fuel resources (e.g. DTEK's annual natural gas
consumption amounts to 3bn cubic meters). The company
is also engaged in hydrocarbon drilling – on land and in deep
sea.
Coal enrichment
Pavlogradskaya Coal Enrichment Plant – one of the largest
coal enrichment enterprises in Ukraine. The plant's annual
installed capacity is 5.25m tonnes.
Kurakhovskaya Coal Enrichment Plant – produces coal
concentrate for thermal power plants. The plant's annual instaled
capacity is 2.5m tonnes.
Dobropolskaya Coal Enrichment Plant – a producer of enriched
coal with the annual installed capacity of 4.5m tonnes.
Oktyabrskaya Coal Enrichment Plant – a producer of enriched
coal with the annual installed capacity of 2.6m tonnes.
Mospinskoye Coal Enrichment Plant – a producer of enriched
coal and concentrate for thermal power plants. The
plant's annual installed capacity is 2.5m tonnes.
