PECKING BIRD<br />
As this bird pecks, it moves <strong>for</strong>ward. Just gently tap its tail. Boys can race their birds across the<br />
tabletop. Boys can draw features like eyes <strong>and</strong> wings with markers or crayons.<br />
1. Fold in half <strong>and</strong> unfold. Fold left <strong>and</strong> right corners to center line.<br />
2. At halfway between A <strong>and</strong> B, fold slightly to mark the place (C).<br />
3. Fold in half.<br />
4. Crease by folding <strong>and</strong> unfolding. Do the same to the other side. You just made the fold line<br />
<strong>for</strong> the beak.<br />
5. Open <strong>and</strong> fold the beak inside.<br />
