• Unscrew the fastening screws and then remove from the right-hand branch of the movable frame, the supporting U-bolt (3) for the engine oil cooling pipes. The frame is equipped with a support cross member (C) which can be removed to facilitate the disassembly of some motor-propulsor's components. • To remove the frame it is necessary to unscrew the six fastening screws, four of which are fitted from underneath.
Support brackets for the pneumatic actuation system are fitted on the upper part of the cross-member and, in the US version, for the secondary air system. • Unscrew the fastening screws and detach the support bracket from the side frame, leaving the solenoid valves connected to the system. • Detach power steering reservoir's support bracket from the front and upper part of the side frame, by unscrewing the fastening screws (4), then remove the frame from underneath.
