BARCLAY PLAZA PURCHASE APPLICATION IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR APPLICANTS AND SHAREHOLDERS In order to efficiently review sales applications, the Board of Directors of 110-20 71st Road Apartments, Inc., has developed a procedural time schedule in which to review these applications. A complete application package must arrive in our offices NO LATER THAN the 25th day of the month in order for an application to be considered for the NEXT month's Board Meeting. If an application is incomplete, it will not be processed and will be returned to the applicant for completion. All buyers are asked to take this time schedule into consideration when applying for a mortgage commitment. If an application arrives in our office after the 25th day of the month, or if the application is not complete by the 25th day of the month, then it should be known that the application will not be reviewed at the next month's Board Meeting, but at the following month's Board Meeting. Generally, Board Meetings are scheduled for the fourth Monday of each month.
