Turkish Airlines A320 Full Flight Simulator Technical Specification 12.4.5. Computerised Documentation Seller shall provide computerised documentation together with two complete paper sets of documentation including hardware, software and tools. Seller shall provide processed technical documentation on the PC stations and accessible / printable from the FS engineering terminal. The computerised documentation shall be easy to access, search annotate and shall include revision control. The Seller shall provide the means to consult, implement and modify the documentation (data and database organisation). THY and Seller shall agree on the software documentation format at the beginning of the project. The documentation shall be structured to provide the maintenance engineer with: • Documentation list inventory • Technical Publications (Refer to paragraph 17.1 ) • Documentation associated to Seller software production (Refer to paragraph 8.2.4.4). • Cross-reference list of cockpit equipment and/or FS equipment such as power supplies, interface addresses, computer addresses, system diagrams numbers. • I/O Systems diagrams. • Wiring list for chassis, cable, and subassemblies. • Full sub assembly technical documentation: referenced part lists (Hardware Software), functional diagram and component location diagrams. • System Maintenance Manuals. • Maintenance Operating Manuals. • Safety Manual. • Periodic Maintenance Manual. • Mechanical assembly drawings. • Fault isolation manual: Trouble shooting and test and adjustment procedures. • Mount / dismount procedure, save / backup procedures. • Part list and assembly list to include part number, vendor part number and code, localisation and quantity. • Software Procedures Manual. • Software User Manuals. • Software Design Documents. • Malfunctions Definition Document. • Instructor Manual. 12.4.6. Motion And Control Loading System Seller shall provide all necessary tools to maintain the system: • Leg dismounting tools and equipment (temporary stand). • Special mechanical tools, equipment, etc. • The general design of Electro-Mechanical Control Loading system shall be modular and the parts shall be replaceable between channel where applicable. Turkish Airlines A320 Full Flight Simulator Technical Specification • Fail-safe thermal protection for the motor, amplifier and power supply will be incorporated. Significant thermal events will be detected and will shutdown the control loading system if sufficiently serious. • Mechanical components of different channels within the control-loading frame will be colour coded as an aid to identification.
