[=The same testament was proved before Master William Mowse, Doctor of the Laws,<br />
Surrogate of Master William Drury, also Doctor of the Laws, Master, Keeper or<br />
Commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury, on the second day of the month of<br />
September in the year of the Lord 1586 by Peter Johnson, notary public, proctor of<br />
Thomas Ske<strong>ff</strong>ington, Thomas Cave, William Cave and Edward Boughton, executors<br />
named in the same testament, to whom administration was granted etc., sworn to well<br />
etc., with power reserved for a similar commission to be made to William Cave, Cecil<br />
Cave and John Cave, executors named in the same testament, when they shall have come<br />
etc. to be admitted.]<br />
